Appointment Cancellation Policy:
Please Notify me the day before your scheduled appointment, preferably by text or phone call. Make sure that you get a response from me if no response is received, please try again.
Same day cancellations/no shows will incur a $40 fee to be paid prior to another appointment.
​Members will lose the equivalent of one community visit from their membership.

Insurance Billing

Superbills are provided for my patients to submit to your insurance carrier for you to get direct reimbursement.
Please contact your insurance carrier to confirm out of network reimbursement with your submission of the following codes for services provided by an acupuncturist.
Keep record of the name of the rep. you talked to Date and time and the incident number assigned to the call.

Membership Information

​Membership Descriptions

Memberships are available and designed to make your care more accessible and to encourage regular, ongoing treatment for better health outcomes. There are monthly and annual plans. 
All plans include: 

• Preferred booking for your Community Acupuncture appointments so that you can book out more than 2 weeks.
• At the beginning, of the month (after your payment if you are monthly) you will receive a password for the website that will give access to articles and videos on special topics related to self-care.​
• Classes will include acupressure for headaches, acupressure for allergies, Couple's therapeutic massage, and more...
• Massage times are in 20 minute increments and can be done on the onsite chair or table.

All monthly plans include:

• 15% off of more services and class offerings except facial acupuncture.
• ​Monthly plans are paid at the beginning of the month, benefits don't accrue and expire monthly.

​All yearly plans include:

• 15% off of more services and class offerings including facial acupuncture.​
• Yearly signup gets you a 1 free month of benefits and more possibilities of using your membership in ways that customize to your needs for your health outcomes. Benefits do not expire until the end of the year instead of expiring monthly.
